Introduction

Individuals, communities, countries, and companies have certain events in their life that change Everything. For example, when an individual marries, life changes, and all relationships are altered. This is true for communities; when something catastrophic happens, the community’s outlook changes. Consider 9/11, and what happened to the two twin towers in NY; it changed the USA and air travel for everyone. This happens to companies when they discover a new drug, as Pfizer did with a covid-19 vaccine, and they changed their fortune and life in general for many people.

Today as we celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus from the dead, as an event itself, Resurrection changes Everything for the whole creation. It redeems the past, transforms the future, and helps us reimagine our present life. It sheds light on what was the whole creation for including of human beings, what happened to it, and how the triune God planned and redeemed it and what it will be in the future and how it will shape our present reality in this world.

In the passage we read today, Apostle Peter describes the work of the Triune God. He calls the Christians in diaspora “chosen-strangers” whom God the Father chose, whom the Holy Spirit sanctifies and sets apart. This was possible through the new covenant blood of Jesus, which was shed on the cross. Our identity is rooted in and derived from the work of the triune God (v.2).

It is only in the next verse it becomes clear what makes this possible? (v. 3) It begins by highlighting the “great mercy” of God the Father. What kind of mercy has God endowed on his “chosen-strangers”? Apostle Peter writes that He has given us “new birth” into a “living hope” through the Resurrection of Jesus Christ (verse 3). In other words, God’s great mercy is that he has given us new birth (cf. John 3). Our focus this morning is on what makes this new birth possible? It is the Resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.

1. Jesus’ Resurrection makes the new birth possible (v. 3).
2. Jesus’ Resurrection brings us hope that is alive! (v.3)
3. Jesus’ Resurrection guarantees an inheritance that is imperishable (v. 4)
4. Jesus’ Resurrection guarantees perseverance in faith (v. 5).

In other words, Resurrection changes Everything. Our standing before God is altered from sinner to righteous. Our sins have been atoned for, and God accepts us. It gives us a new identity as “chosen-strangers” in this world. Our identity is defined and shaped by the work of the triune God, the Father-Son-Holy Spirit. Our future is transformed, and God himself guarantees our perseverance. We are promised an inheritance that will never fade, spoil, or can be taken away. Our existence as a whole has new meaning as we live out every day of our lives.

However, often when we talk about our salvation, we associate it with the death of Jesus on the cross alone. While this is undoubtedly true, the cross in itself does not save us, it is the vindicated savior who died on the cross and defeated the death by rising again from the grave to the new reality of the transformed resurrected body. In other words, redemptive history culminates in the death of Jesus on the cross and finds completion in the Resurrection of Jesus. Apostle Paul says in 1 Corinthians, “And if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is in vain and your faith is in vain… And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile and you are still in your sins… If in Christ we have hope in this life only, we are of all people most to be pitied.” (1 Cor 15:14, 17, 19).

In other words, the Resurrection of Jesus is central to God’s saving work; it is indispensable to the renewing of the whole created order. In fact, Resurrection and the Cross are inseparable.[1] Resurrection makes it possible for us to be saved. Resurrection redeems our past and transforms it. Resurrection opens up a new future that was lost in the Garden of Eden due to the disobedience of Adam and Eve. In the Resurrection of Christ, we regain Everything that was lost ten thousandfold.

The diagram above helps us visualize the groundbreaking, past-redeeming, future-altering, and present-defining reality of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Apostle Paul says in Romans 8,

“²⁰ For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of him who subjected it, in hope ²¹ that the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to corruption and obtain the freedom of the glory of the children of God. ²² For we know that the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until now.” (Romans 8:20-22)

The Resurrection of Christ sets the creation free from the bondage of decay which the disobedience of Adam and Eve brought about. In the Resurrection, the body of the Christ is renewed and transformed into a glorified body as the first token and seal of the new order of the whole creation. The whole created order is being renewed and awaits its final transformation. Jesus’ resurrected body is the proof, guarantee and seal of this new reality. In fact, Isaiah envisions the future where the whole creation sings and dances before the LORD.

¹²  “For you shall go out in joy

and be led forth in peace;

the mountains and the hills before you

shall break forth into singing,

and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.

¹³    Instead of the thorn shall come up the cypress;

instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle;

and it shall make a name for the Lord,

an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.”  (Isa 55:12-13)

Isaiah forth tells of the renewal of whole creation, the trees of fields breaking forth into singing and clapping their hands, the invasive thorns and briers will be no more. Instead, there will be magnificent cypress and myrtle. This vision of Isaiah has become a new reality in the Resurrection of Jesus Christ.

In one of the books of the Chronicles of Narnia series, The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, we have Aslan the Lion, who lays down his life on behalf of Edmund, the son of Adam, to satisfy justice. He sheds his blood to save Edmund and his brothers and sisters and eventually the whole of Narnia, including the beavers, rats, rivers, mountains, trees, and all inhabitants of Narnia. But did you notice, as soon as the Aslan has been slain dead, the witch comes out with the full force of her army against Edmund and his brothers and sisters and the whole Narnia to destroy once and for all. All were at a loss. Even if the full force of the Narnian army could not withhold the onslaught of the Witch’s Army, they would have been destroyed. But something else happens, Aslan has risen from the dead, and the resurrected Lion invades the palace of the witch and sets the prisoners free from their bondage, and marches into the battle with his army. The resurrected Aslan is the reason Narnia’s former glory was restored, for the beavers, horses, eagles, the vegetation, and above all, the sons and daughters of Adam and Eve. The winter of death has gone, the springs have returned to the valley, now in full bloom with new kings and queens on the throne. If not for the Resurrection of Aslan, Narnia would have been destroyed forever covered under the winter of death.

In this beautiful and creative allegory, C S Lewis has captured the immense beauty and cosmos-altering achievement of the Resurrection of Jesus. Therefore, Peter says to the churches in Asia Minor:

⁶ In this you rejoice, though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been grieved by various trials, ⁷ so that the tested genuineness of your faith—more precious than gold that perishes though it is tested by fire—may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ.”  ( 1 Peter 1:6-7)

5. Resurrection shapes our present reality filled with Joy! (vv.6-9)

The churches in Asia Minor were house churches comprised of fifteen to forty members. They were a minority in the Greco-Roman world. Looked down, mocked, and ostracized by society and denied the rights pervaded by the Romans. But Peter says, Rejoice! Rejoice with Joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory! (v. 8) In fact, he says, “now for a little while” yes, our earthly existence is redefined and shaped by the Resurrection of Jesus as one that is filled with Joy Inexpressible.

While we, as Christians face opposition from all around. We may experience diseases like cancer, corrupt governments, ridicule from society, and even death—the Resurrection of Jesus changes our outlook on the world. Resurrection has opened up the future divinely inaugurated by God the Father and assured in through the Work of the Spirit the present trials are for only a little while. The Lord will renew the face of the whole creation, and as in the resurrected body of Jesus, all things will be made new, a whole new-renewed creation, including our bodies, and our entire existence.

Easter Lily is a good example. We have a book at home about the story of Easter Lily. The bulb of the Easter lily is unattractive, lifeless, and dry. A father gives this bulb to her little daughter as a gift, but when she opens it, she is not so happy; in fact she is disappointed in the gift. But she obeys her father’s instruction and buries the bulb in the garden. When spring arrives, this frozen, lifeless, dry, and unattractive bulb comes to life. The frozen ground thaws, the soil softens, and piercing the ground comes the stalk of the Easter lily, only to be crowned with majestic flowers. This is what the Resurrection of Jesus has achieved for human life and the whole created order.

We are given new birth into the hope that is alive and inheritance that is imperishable and secured. Our new identity in this family of God is secured and guarded by the power of God. Despite our present circumstances, our end together with the whole creation is to result in “praise, glory, and honor at the coming of the Jesus Christ.”

6. Therefore, we are called to mimic the life of Jesus Christ (vv. 10-12)

Hence, while we wait in this life, Apostle Peter encourages us that even the prophets from the Old Testament era look forward to this new reality. This new day has come about in the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. They looked forward to Christ’s suffering, death and Resurrection. We have received it all in the risen Christ. The prophets were serving us, the Christians, “Chosen-strangers” in this world. Even the angels in heaven long to look into, as if they are bowing low on the heavenly balconies to see the significant participation we the Christians have received in the death-resurrection of Christ. In this, we are called in this life to mimic the life of Christ. Suffering for a little while, but looking forward to the resurrection reality together with the whole cosmos.

Conclusion

What a privilege and what a joyful proclamation. We, on this easter Sunday, remind ourselves of our identity in Christ made possible through his Resurrection. The identity as “chosen-strangers” is defined by the work of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. The idenitity is rooted in God’s great mercy and guarded by God himself. We may experience many trials in this earthly body and lose and have lost many perishable possessions in this world, we do not get disheartened, but we rejoice looking at the promise of God made assured and visible in the Resurrection of Christ. We do not chase after earthly glories; we don’t use up all our resources to achieve security and safety on Earth. While the world promotes “you only live once (YOLO),” the Resurrection alters that vision of life. Hence, we will not spend all our life and resources trying to finish things on our bucket list because our bucket has an eternity to explore in the new, transformed, and glorified body in the likeness of Jesus Christ himself.

개인이나 공동체,  기업 또는 국가는 그들의 모든 것을 변화시킬만큼 특정한 사건들을 맞이하게 됩니다. 예를 들어, 한 사람이 결혼하면 그의 삶이 바뀌고 그의 모든 관계가 이전과 드레게 변화됩니다. 이는 공동체도 마찬가지입니다. 예를 들면, 대형 재해가 발생하면 공동체의 전망이 변경됩니다. 9/11사건을 한 번 생각해보십시오. 뉴욕 시의 두 개의 타워가 무너지면서 미국이 변화했고, 또한 미국 내 모든 항공 여행에 대한 것이 변화되었습니다. 이는 회사도 마찬가지입니다. Pfizer(화이자) 가 코로나19 백신을 개발한 것처럼 새로운 약물을 발견하면 회사의 운명과 수많은 사람들의 일반적인 삶도 바뀝니다.

오늘 우리는 예수님의 부활을 기념합니다. 부활은 이 세상 모든 것을 변화시킵니다. 부활은 과거로부터 우리를 구속하며, 우리의 미래를 변화시키며, 현재 삶을 어떻게 살아갈 것인지 다시금 꿈꾸게 만들어 줍니다. 예수님의 부활 사건은 인간을 포함한 모든 창조물을 이해하는 빛을 비춰줍니다. 부활 사건은 삼위일체 하나님께서 어떻게 세상을 구원하시려고 계획하셨는지를 보여줍니다. 또한 부활 사건은 앞으로 어떤 미래가 세상에 펼쳐지게 될지를 보여줍니다. 마지막으로 부활 사건은 우리가 일상의 삶을 어떻게 살아가야 할지를 형성합니다.

오늘 우리가 함께 읽은 말씀에서 사도 베드로는 삼위일체 하나님의 역사를 설명합니다. 베드로는 흩어져 살고 있는 그리스도인들을 하나님 아버지께서 선택하신 “선택받은 나그네”로 불렀습니다. 이들은 성령께서 거룩하게 하시고 구별하신 사람들입니다. 이러한 일이 가능한 것은 십자가에서 흘리신  예수님의 새 언약의 피 덕분입니다. 우리의 정체성은 삼위일체 하나님의 역사에서 비롯되고 유래합니다.

본문 3절 말씀에서 이것이 어떻게 가능한지 명확해집니다. 본문 3절은 아버지 하나님의 “큰 자비”를 강조하며 시작됩니다. 하나님께서 그의 “선택받은 나그네”에게 어떤 자비를 베푸셨나요? 사도 베드로는 예수 그리스도의 부활을 통해 우리에게 “생명의 소망”으로 “거듭남”을 주셨다고 기록하였습니다. 다시 말해, 하나님의 큰 자비가 우리로 하여금 영적으로 새롭게 태어나도록 거듭남을 주셨습니다. 오늘 아침 우리의 초점은 “우리가 거듭나도록 가능하게 만드는 것은 무엇인가?”하는 것을 살펴볼 겁니다. 그 대답이 바로 우리 구주 예수 그리스도의 부활입니다.

1. 예수님의 부활이 거듭남을 가능하게 합니다(3절).
2. 예수님의 부활은 우리에게 살아있는 소망을 가져옵니다!(3절)
3. 예수님의 부활은 썩지 않는 유산을 약속합니다(4절).
4. 예수님의 부활은 최후 승리를 약속합니다(5절).

다시 말해, 예수님의 부활은 모든 것을 바꿉니다. 예수님의 부활로 말미암아 하나님 앞에서 죄인으로 서 있던 우리들은 이제 의로운 사람으로 변화됩니다. 우리의 죄가 속죄되고, 하나님은 우리를 받아들여 주십니다. 이것은 우리에게 이 세상에서 “선택받은 나그네”로서 새로운 정체성을 부여합니다. 우리의 정체성은 삼위일체 성부 하나님, 성자 예수님, 성령 하나님의 역사에 의해 정의되고 형성됩니다. 우리의 미래는 변화하며, 하나님께서는 우리의 최후 승리를 약속합니다. 우리에게는 쇠하지 않고 부패하지 않으며 빼앗길 수 없는 영적 유산이 약속되었습니다. 따라서, 예수 그리스도의 부활로 말미암아, 이제 우리들의 평범해 보이는 일상 조차도 새로운 의미를 가지게 됩니다.

우리가 구원에 대해 이야기할 때, 우리는 종종 십자가에서의 예수님의 죽음에만 초점을 맞춥니다. 예수님께서 우리를 위하여 십자가에서 돌아가신 것은 의심할 여지없이 사실이지만, 십자가의 죽음만으로는 우리를 구원할 수 없습니다. 십자가에서 돌아가신 구세주가 증거된 후, 예수께서 사망 권세를 이기시고 다시 살아나사, 첫 열매로 부활하신 이 사건이야 말로 우리를 구원하는 능력입니다. 다시 말해, 구원 역사는 예수님의 십자가에서 클라이막스를 맞이하고 예수님의 부활에서 완성됩니다.

사도 바울은 고린도전서에서 “만일 그리스도께서 죽은 사람 가운데서 부활하지 아니하셨으면 우리가 전파하는 것도 헛되고 너희 믿음도 헛되었으리…만일 그리스도께서 죽은 자 가운데서 부활하지 아니하셨으면 너희 믿음도 헛되고 너희가 오히려 너희 죄 가운데서 있게 되었으리라…만일 우리가 이 세상에서만 그리스도 안에서 소망을 가지고 있으면, 그 중에서 가장 비참한 자들이라 할지니라.”(고린도전서 15:14, 17, 19) 라고 말합니다.

다시 말해, 예수님의 부활은 하나님의 구원 역사의 중심에 위치하고 있으며, 전체 만물을 새롭게 재창조하는 데 있어서 반드시 필요한 사건입니다. 실제로 부활과 십자가는 분리될 수 없습니다. 부활은 우리의 구원을 가능하게 합니다. 부활은 우리의 과거로부터 구원하고 우리의 존재를 변화시킵니다. 부활은 아담과 하와의 불순종으로 인해 에덴의 동산에서 잃어버렸던 생명의 역사를 열어줍니다. 그리스도의 부활을 통해, 우리는 만물을 통틀어 잃어버린 모든 것을 회복하게 됩니다.

로마서 8장에서 사도 바울은 말합니다,

[롬8:20-22]20 피조물이 허무한 데 굴복하는 것은 자기 뜻이 아니요 오직 굴복하게 하시는 이로 말미암음이라21 그 바라는 것은 피조물도 썩어짐의 종 노릇 한 데서 해방되어 하나님의 자녀들의 영광의 자유에 이르는 것이니라 22 피조물이 다 이제까지 함께 탄식하며 함께 고통을 겪고 있는 것을 우리가 아느니라

예수 그리스도의 부활은 아담과 하와의 반역으로 인해 피조물이 가지게 된 썩어짐의 종노릇 함에서 자유롭게 만들어 줍니다. 예수님께서는 부활하심으로 말미암아 그의 몸이 새롭고 영광스러운 육체로 변화 되었습니다. 그의 영화로운 변화는 모든 창조물 역시 예수 그리스도처럼 부활의 몸을 입게 될 것에 대한 증거이며 약속의 보증입니다. 그 날에 이사야 선지자는 모든 창조물이 주 앞에서 노래하며 춤출 것을 상상합니다.

[사55:12-13]

12 너희는 기쁨으로 나아가며 평안히 인도함을 받을 것이요 산들과 언덕들이 너희 앞에서 노래를 발하고 들의 모든 나무가 손뼉을 칠 것이며13 잣나무는 가시나무를 대신하여 나며 화석류는 찔레를 대신하여 날 것이라 이것이 여호와의 기념이 되며 영영한 표징이 되어 끊어지지 아니하리라

이사야는 마지막 날에 온 세상이 새롭게 변화될 것을 예언했습니다. 들의 나무들이 노래하며 손뼉을 쳐서 춤을 출 것이며, 가시나 덤불은 더 이상 없어지고 아름다운 잣나무와 화석류 나무가 자라게 될 것입니다.

나니아 연대기 시리즈 중 첫 번째 책 [사자, 마녀, 옷장]을 보면 아담의 아들 에드먼드를 위해 자신의 목숨을 바치는 사자 [아슬란] 이 등장합니다. 이 책에서 등장하는 사자 [아슬란]은 예수 그리스도를 상징합니다. 아슬란은 정의를 실현하기 위해 자신의 피를 흘리며 에드먼드와 그의 형제, 자매, 그리고 나니아의 모든 살아있는 존재들을 구합니다. 그러나 아슬란이 죽음을 맞이한 순간, 마녀는 그녀의 군대와 함께 에드먼드와 그의 형제, 자매, 그리고 나니아 전체를 파괴하기 위해 나타납니다. 모든 이들은 절망에 빠집니다. 나니아의 군대도 마녀의 군대를 막을 수 없었습니다. 하지만 놀라운 일이 벌어집니다. 죽은 사자 아슬란이 부활하며, 마녀의 궁전에 침입하여 그녀가 갇힌 죄수들을 해방시키고 자신의 군대와 함께 싸웁니다. 부활한 아슬란은 나니아의 옛 영광을 되찾는 데 결정적인 역할을 했습니다.  비버, 쥐, 강, 산, 나무, 나니아의 모든 존재들, 그리고 아담과 하와의 자손들에게 이르기까지 모든 것을 포함합니다. 죽음의 겨울은 끝나고, 봄은 계곡으로 돌아왔으며, 새로운 왕과 여왕이 왕좌에 올랐습니다. 아슬란의 부활이 없었다면 나니아는 영원히 파괴될 운명이었을 것입니다.

이 아름답고 창조적인 비유를 통해서, 작가 C.S.루이스는 예수 그리스도의 부활이 가져다 주는 신비와 아름다움 그리고 우주 전체를 변화시키는 크신 업적을 포착했습니다. 따라서, 사도 베드로는 아시아 지방의 교회들에게 이렇게 말합니다: [벧전1:6-7]6 그러므로 너희가 이제 여러 가지 시험으로 말미암아 잠깐 근심하게 되지 않을 수 없으나 오히려 크게 기뻐하는도다7 너희 믿음의 확실함은 불로 연단하여도 없어질 금보다 더 귀하여 예수 그리스도께서 나타나실 때에 칭찬과 영광과 존귀를 얻게 할 것이니라

5. 부활은 기쁨으로 가득한 현재의 현실을 형성합니다! (마태복음 28:6-9)

성경에 등장하는 소아시아에 위치한 교회들은 15~40명으로 이루어진 가정교회였습니다. 그들은 그리스 로마 세계에서 소수자였으며 로마인들이 누리는 권리를 박탈당하며 사회적으로 멸시와 비웃음을 받았습니다. 그러나 베드로는 “기뻐하라”고 말합니다. 말로 다 표현할 수 없는, 영광으로 가득찬 즐거움으로 기뻐하라고 말합니다. 베드로는 우리가 여러가지 시험으로 “잠깐” 근심하게 되지 않을 수 없다고 말했습니다. 그러나 우리들은 예수 그리스도의 부활로 인하여 말로 다 할 수 없는 기쁨으로 채워지게 될 것입니다.

우리 크리스천들도 어렵고 힘든 상황들에 직면합니다. 암과 같은 질병들, 부패한 정부, 사회적 비웃음, 그리고 심지어 죽음을 경험할 수 있습니다. 그러나 예수 그리스도의 부활은 우리가 세상을 볼 수 있는 시각을 바꿔줍니다. 현재 우리가 겪고 있는 시련들은 잠시 잠깐일 뿐이며, 하나님 아버지께서 예수 그리스도의 부활을 통해 시작하신 새로운 미래각 우리를 기다리고 있다는 것을 우리는 성령을 통하여 확신할 수 있습니다. 주님께서는 모든 피조물을 새롭게 창조하시며, 예수 그리스도의 부활하신 육체와 같이 모든 것을 새롭게 창조하십니다. 그것은 우리의 육체와 우리의 모든 존재 전체를 포함한 완전히 새로운 창조입니다.

이것을 가장 잘 보여주는 예가 바로 ‘백합’입니다. 저희 가정에는 백합 이야기에 대한 책이 한 권 있습니다. 백합의 구근은 볼품 없고, 생기 없고, 건조합니다. 어느 한 아버지가 그의 어린 딸에게 이 못생긴 백합 구근을 선물로 주었습니다. 어린 딸은 아버지의 선물을 받아보고는 기쁘지 않습니다. 오히려 볼품 없는 백합 구근을 보고 선물에 실망합니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 어린 딸은 아버지의 지시를 따라 백합 구근을 정원에 심습니다. 봄이 오면 얼어붙은 땅이 녹고 흙이 부드러워지며, 백합의 줄기가 땅을 뚫고 위엄 있고 아름다운 꽃으로 피어나게 됩니다. 볼품 없는 구근에서 아름다운 꽃으로 피어난 백합과 같이 예수 그리스도의 부활이 인간의 삶과 전체 피조물을 아름답게 변화시킵니다.

우리는 예수님의 부활로 말미암아 새생명, 살아있는 소망, 그리고 썩지 않고 빼앗기지 않는 영적 유산을 받았습니다. 하나님의 크신 능력으로 말미암아 우리는 주님의 자녀로서 안전하게 보호 받고 살아가게 됩니다. 현재 우리들의 상황에도 불구하고, 이 온 세상의 최종 결말은 예수 그리스도의 재림 때 “찬양, 영광, 존귀”로 그 끝을 맞이하게 될 겁니다.

6. 그러므로 우리는 예수 그리스도의 삶을 닮아가도록 부름 받았습니다. (베드로전서 1:10-12)

베드로 사도는 구약의 선지자들조차도 이와 같은 새창조를 기대하고 있었다고 말합니다. 이 새로운 날은 예수 그리스도의 부활로 인해 우리에게 찾아왔습니다. 우리는 부활하신 예수 그리스도 안에서 과거 선지자들이 고대하던 모든 것을 받았습니다. 심지어 하늘의 천사들도, 우리 성도들이 그리스도의 죽음과 부활을 통하여 참여하게 될 영광을 사모하여 바라보고 있었습니다.

우리는 예수 그리스도의 삶을 닮아가도록 부름 받습니다. 잠시 잠깐 이 세상에 사는 동안에는 고난을 받지만, 예수 그리스도의 재림으로 말미암아 온 우주와 함께 하나님의 새창조에 들어가게될 날을 기다리며 살아갑니다.

결론

이 얼마나 큰 특권이며, 얼마나 기쁜 선포입니까? 이 부활주일에 우리가 그리스도 예수 안에서 갖게 된 이 새로운 정체성은 그의 부활로 말미암아 가능케 되었다는 사실을 기억합시다. “선한 나그네들”이라는 정체성은 아버지, 아들, 성령의 역사로 말미암아 이루어집니다. 하나님 아버지께서 친히 우리들을 지키시고 보호하십니다. 우리는 이 세상에서 많은 시련을 경험하고, 소중한 것들을 잃었을 수 있지만, 그리스도의 부활을 통해 주어진 새로운 소망과 하나님의 약속을 바라보며 낙심하지 않을 수 있스빈다. 우리는 이 세상의 영광을 따르지 않습니다. 우리는 지구상에서 안전과 안락을 위해 자원을 다 써 버리지 않습니다. 세상이 “한번만 사는 인생 (YOLO)”을 추천하는 것과는 달리 부활은 인생의 비전을 바꾸어 줍니다. 그래서 우리는 버킷 리스트를 마무리하려고 삶과 자원을 모두 사용하지 않습니다. 우리는 마지막 날에 부활하신 우리 구주 예수 그리스도와 같이 새롭고 변화된 영광의 몸으로 영원히 주와 함께 살아갈 수 있는 소망을 가지고 있기 때문입니다.
